Remake of footloose
On this remake i did some of the camera work and my feet were also feature in the opening. I really enjoyed being able to use the camera and get to learn how to use it better. I think the end product turned out really well and doesnt look to different to the orginal apart from a few different types of shoes.
25 word treatment
Opening of the Thriller:

My part: the logo
I created the thriller logo for our group which the company name we used was beat productions. When the group spoke about the logo I came up with the idea about a heart beating which I then added to the other ideas we came up with. I decided to use big bold writing to make the name stand out and once animated the heart will beat and the silhouette of the man will appear. While creating this logo I learnt that I had to create a whole brand not just one that suited the thriller film this is why i chose to kept it simple and bold. This is my finished logo for the thriller group.
The Butterfly Effect
This is the first shot in the film it is blurry as a man is walking past window which have blinds creating suspense for the audience to find out who this man is and what he is doing.
This is an mid shot of the unknown man in action kicking in a door.
The man is now hiding under a table frantically written something down. Which the words appear on the screen.
This is a close up of the man under the table looking around looking very scared and nervous.
A light beam comes from beyond the glass from what looks like a security guard.
This shot is an extreme close up of what the man is writing down you can see the writing and that it is slanted and slight messiness showing his rush.
The close up becomes centred on these three words 'to save her' creating suspense for the audience as known knows what he means by this at this point in the film.
The close up of these words then beginning to crack and faded in to the title of the film.
Even when the title appears it is faded in with butterfly's.
Which the butterfly's then turn into a brain showing that this is a psychological thriller.
Throughout the film the man (Evan) has flash backs to times in his childhood where you see events he cannot remember until he looks through his diaries he can unlock the past and go back to them times. But unknowing that changing the past could effect the present.
Too Young To Die? 1990 opening
This is the opening title of the film the writing is very simple and is a rhetorical question making the audience already think about what is going to happen in the film.
This is the first shot of a person in the film showing a young girl sleeping.
An establishing shot has been used to show the audience the surroundings and where the film is set.
This is a close up of the women's face we saw earlier sleeping. But this time she has been awaken by the police this image shows the shock on her face.
This is another establishing shot showing the journey to the next location in the film.
This shot of the police car shows the actual place name where this part of the film is set.
This close up shot of them taken fingerprints off the girl tells the audience she is a criminal and has done something she shouldn't of.
These next three shots show close up mug shots of the girl who is being processed for the next stage of the prison routine.
This last shot is a tracking shot of the two women leading the girl down to her cell.
This is also part of the film later after she is arrested in connection with a muder and tried as an adult connecting to the US law at this point in time.

Inception
At the beginning of the film Dom Cobb is shown in a deep subconciousness taking secerests from an unsucpecting dreamer. Later in the film this is shown to be the real deal. He is commiting these robberies in both his dreams and real life. The music is instrumental loud with a strong flow between the instruments. This gives a sense of mystery to what is happening before it is revealed. The opening of the film also contains a flash forward of Dom Cobb on a beach having a converstaion with old Saito. This starts to confuse the audience watching but all will be revealed throughtout the film. Showing how he got there and why he is there. This keeps the audience watching and waiting. The music softens and becomes less noticeable. This keeps the audience on there edge of there seats for the next big shock and development of the film. The characters are all smartley dressed in dark colour blazers and suits.
